Our primary focus is original paintings for sale online. Each artwork is individually hand-painted, making every piece unique. Limited edition prints may become available in the future, but all featured artworks are genuine originals unless clearly stated.

Yes. Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate verifies that your painting is an original handmade creation, making it ideal for art collectors and anyone looking to invest in authentic fine art.

Since every painting is an original artwork, exact copies are never created. However, you can commission a custom painting inspired by a previous piece, allowing you to own a one-of-a-kind artwork designed specifically for you.

Ordering is simple. Browse our collection of original paintings for sale online, choose your favorite artwork, and complete the checkout process. For custom artwork, submit a commission request with your reference photos and requirements. We’ll confirm the details before starting your painting.

We accept secure online payments through major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other trusted payment gateways where available. International customers can also use supported payment options during checkout. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.

For original paintings, full payment is generally required at checkout. For custom portrait commissions, a deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping. This helps reserve your booking and ensures your artwork is created exclusively for you.

Orders for original artwork can usually be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once a custom painting has entered the creation process, cancellations or major design changes may not be possible because each artwork is handmade specifically for the customer.

Ready-to-ship original paintings are typically dispatched within a few business days, while custom commission paintings are shipped after completion. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its delivery.

Each painting is professionally packaged using protective wrapping, sturdy cartons, and secure materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your original artwork reaches you in perfect condition.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation by email. This allows you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

We create a wide range of custom portrait paintings, including family portraits, individual portraits, wedding portraits, pet portraits, baby portraits, cultural paintings, and memorial artwork. Every painting is handmade to capture your unique story.

The completion time depends on the painting’s size, style, and level of detail. Most custom portrait commissions are completed within 2–6 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes. We share progress updates at important stages, allowing you to request minor adjustments before the artwork is completed. This helps ensure your commissioned painting matches your expectations while preserving the artist’s creative style.

CARE & HANDLING

1.How should I care for my original painting?

To preserve your original painting, display it in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and heat sources. Proper care helps maintain the artwork’s color, texture, and beauty for many years.

Gently remove dust using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a clean, soft brush. Avoid using water, cleaning sprays, chemicals, or abrasive materials, as these may damage the paint surface or protective finish.

It is not recommended. High humidity, steam, and frequent temperature changes can affect the canvas and paint over time. For the best preservation, display your original artwork in a well-ventilated indoor space with stable conditions.

Store your painting upright in a cool, dry location. Wrap it in acid-free paper or protective bubble wrap and avoid placing heavy objects on top. Proper storage helps prevent scratches, warping, and other damage.

RETURN & REFUND

1.Can I return an original painting?

Yes. Ready-to-ship original paintings may be eligible for return within your stated return period, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.

Because every custom portrait painting is created specifically for you, commissioned artworks are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned once completed. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you’re satisfied before the painting is finished.

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Once your returned artwork has been received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
