His drawings were mentioned in the class to inspire the other students.

Memory of wanting to be an artist Back in his high school days, He used to observe her Father doing water color paintings. Her Father did a painting of the princess with a crown. His Father had a natural talent for artworks and craft . He found it very interesting and he wanted to try it. So there he started! His first one was a pencil work.He did some skeleton and added few shading in his first work. It was pretty ordinary. Slowly his practice started and he realized that he will be able to do it pretty well. His paintings reflect his emotions, and he paints whenever he feels annoyed or depressed or frustrated and also whenever he is in good mood. “It is a therapy”, he says. What was once his hobby, is now a platform for his to make a living and also an identity.

When He was in her high school days, He used to watch his Father pratice painting. His mother never burdened his with any household work and so he had enough time to be independent. He was free and her observation skills sharpened. His drawing master ‘Eawaran’ inspired his with a few live portrait studies in the school.

Painting Mode

His most favorite medium is oil on Canvas board and sometimes pencil too. Favorite subject would be anything like capturing emotions of individuals. He wants his art to convey any story be it big or small.

How does he approach his paintings?

Usually he does his paintings with a reference in hand. He goes around on tours now and then. He does sketches in the tour itself. He also takes photographs (a lot of them). He takes reference both from his sketches and photographs. This is his technical aspect of approaching a subject.

On looking at psychological aspect, he does not want to paint a posing man or woman. According to his, everything should be natural. He is a big fan of genuine emotions. When couple of individuals, be it two humans or one human and an animal or two animals exist in place together; they do not fail to entertain the others around them. There is some sort of non-verbal communication (sometimes verbal too) which woos his immensely, he said. In such situations, he considers herself a secret admirer of the situation and then he tries to capture their emotions. Even when an individual is alone or doing some errand or praying, there is some sort of sincerity that he/she displays towards the situation or the work he/she does. That is something she captures and portrays in her works.
